Wings Etc. Tests New Ranch Fire™ Sauce on Jalapeno Bacon Burger and Chicken Sandwich

The combination brings together the cool flavor of ranch dressing and the intensity of Wings Etc.’s hottest sauce.

FORT WAYNE, Ind.— The Wings Etc. locations in Cape Girardeau, Dexter and Jackson, Missouri, as well as in Boiling Springs, South Carolina, are trialing a new Ranch Fire™ Sauce featured on a new Ranch Fire™ Burger and a new Ranch Fire™ Chicken Sandwich, beginning January 7, for a limited time.

The Ranch Fire™ Sauce blends the cool flavor of Ranch dressing with the heat of Wings Etc.’s Wall Sauce—the brand’s hottest sauce—which is made with fresh habaneros. The sauces are balanced with cayenne and garlic to add depth and spice to the sauce’s intriguing profile.

The new sauce serves as the defining flavor for a new burger and a new chicken sandwich, also launching in test on January 7. The Ranch Fire™ Burger begins with two seasoned all-beef smash patties topped with a slice of pepper jack cheese. The burger is layered with two thick strips of crispy bacon and freshly grilled jalapenos, then placed atop a toasted bun. Tomatoes and lettuce are next, followed by a generous serving of the new Ranch Fire™ Sauce. The burger’s crowning glory is a toasted bun capped with a Jalapeno Popper, for a meal that’s bursting with Wings Etc.’s signature “Big Flavor™” flavor from top to bottom.

The new Ranch Fire™ Chicken Sandwich follows the same recipe, substituting Wings Etc.’s ever-popular crispy or grilled chicken breast in place of the beef smash burgers. The result is a bold and savory chicken sandwich that’s sure to excite the senses.

Fans of the new Ranch Fire™ lineup will be glad for a featured Signature Margarita. Premium pure agave Sauza® Hacienda Silver Tequila and Triple Sec are shaken with Lime Sour, poured over ice and served with a lime wheel garnish and the guest’s choice of a salt or sugar rim. The citrusy cocktail is a refreshing contrast to the blaze sparked by the sauce’s peppery punch.

“Wings Etc. seeks to create unique options with ‘Big Flavor’ that set us apart,” says CEO Rob Hensmann. “Innovations on traditional meals give guests a reason to keep coming back, and these new twists on our smash burger and chicken sandwiches carry a ‘wow factor’ our customers crave and enjoy as part of their experience.”
