Wings Etc. Debuts Hand-Breaded Chicken on All Chicken Sandwiches in Corporate Locations
The on-trend preparation gets a wider rollout following a successful initial test run.
FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Wings Etc. is pleased to debut its new Hand-Breaded Chicken on every chicken sandwich in all 26 corporate locations in April.

Hand-Breaded Chicken was a huge hit during its three-month initial test in the brand’s Dunlap, Indiana, location. It’s a response to the soaring popularity of hand-breaded chicken nationwide.
“Our new Hand-Breaded Chicken delivers bold, crave-worthy flavor,” says Wings Etc. CEO Rob Hensmann. “We’re excited to bring this fresh, hand-crafted upgrade to our guests, and we expect it to have staying power. It’s a natural evolution of our menu of Big Flavor favorites.”
Wings Etc.’s new Hand-Breaded Chicken starts with a juicy chicken breast twice-dredged in homestyle batter, seasoned with onion powder, black pepper, celery salt and garlic powder, then quick-fried to seal in the juices. The result is moist, flavorful chicken surrounded by a crispy, flaky golden crust. Hand-Breaded Chicken sandwiches start at $12.49 with a full-sized side (pricing varies by location).
Guests are invited to enjoy the Wednesday daily special featuring a Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich with fries for just $6. The Hand-Breaded Chicken Breast is tossed in one of their 19 signature sauces, then served on a toasted brioche bun, topped with pickles, and accompanied by the guest’s choice of fries.
If the expanded test proves successful, Wings Etc. expects to introduce Hand-Breaded Chicken systemwide.
Hand-Breaded Chicken will be available at the Wings Etc. restaurant in Gaffney, South Carolina, as well as these locations in Indiana: Mishawaka, South Bend, Elkhart, Goshen, La Porte, Fort Wayne, Valparaiso, Rochester, Marion, Bluffton, Dunlap, West Lafayette, Lafayette, Osceola, Noblesville, Decatur, Columbia City, Kendallville, Peru and Angola.
